What I Eat in a Day Plant-Based ft. Purple Carrot
I get asked a LOT about sharing more food and recipe content here, so I thought a Plant-based What I Eat in a Day video would be super helpful to share. I’m often really busy and end up making the same meals over and over. If I’m being honest, buffalo cauliflower is on repeat so much that buffalo sauce is a staple on my grocery list.
