The HUM Raw Beauty Green Superfood Powder is one of my favorite ways to help ensure that I am getting proper nutrition into my diet. I have tried all of the flavors and like the Tahitian Berry & Vanilla one the most. It’s a blend of raw greens and raw superfoods that is loaded with antioxidants and adaptogens. It contains tons of good for you ingredients like barley grass, chlorella, wheat grass, spirulina, alfalfa grass, ashwagandha root powder, flax seed powder and lots of other greens. Thanks to also having blueberry powder, carrot powder, ginger root powder, goji powder and Matcha, it tastes sweet and is amazing blended in smoothies, smoothie bowls, or even with just almond milk. It’s a good way to start the day because it helps ensure that you’re starting it off on the right foot nutrition wise, or at least helps you get in one really healthy meal on busy days.
There are some HUM supplements that I take daily as well. I have tried almost all of their vegan-friendly supplements and a few work so well with my body and are part of my daily routine. These are the HUM Daily Cleanse, HUM Gut Instinct, and HUM Killer Nails, and HUM Moody Bird.
They have made such a big impact on my hair, skin, and my body in general. Gut Instinct is a gentle vegan pro-biotic. Helping your gut health can also have a big impact on how your skin looks, and I do notice a difference. Daily Cleanse really helps keep my skin clear. Killer Nails is vegan biotin and I’ve noticed a big difference in the rate of growth and health of my hair and nails since I started taking it. Moody Bird has really helped my body during it’s monthly process and since taking it, I’ve seen a huge change in my mood swings and physical symptoms like cramps.

BACH and Rescue Remedy have both also become a part of my daily routine. I have my own Custom Blend from BACH that I take daily. I have a blog post coming about that in the future, but it has had a huge impact on my well being. During times when I feel anxious and stressed, the Rescue Remedy Stress Relief Drops and Rescue Plus Stress Complex are amazing to have. NUUN Electrolyte Tabs are another of my favorites. I especially enjoy the Strawberry Lemonade and Cherry Limeade flavors. When I’ve been pushing myself extra hard, have been out in the hot sun more than normal, or just feel like I am not as hydrated as I should be, I dissolve a tab in my water to help restore my body. I find that it helps immensely. They are also really great to have as a pre-workout vegan supplement too.
