Many Logical Harmony readers ask for help finding good drugstore products from cruelty-free brands. Many people believe that it’s hard to find cruelty-free drugstore brands, or difficult to find cruelty-free and vegan options at the drugstore. Thankfully, there are now more cruelty-free drugstore brands than ever before!
That’s why I decided to create this list of cruelty-free drugstore brands. This guide includes brands that offer cruelty-free brands that can easily be found at drugstores or large chain stores such as Target, Ulta, CVS, Walgreens, Superdrug, Priceline Pharmacy, and more! It’s exciting to see these stores catching on to the fact that people want to purchase cruelty-free drugstore brands and to see them start to carry more and more cruelty-free options.
I first heard about the Tatcha Camellia Beauty Oil when I saw Jaclyn Hill using it in a video. I have dry skin, and she does as well, so I decided to check it out. For a long time I have been hearing amazing things about Tatcha’s skincare. This multi-use beauty oil can be used for face, hair and body. I loved the mix of ingredients that were used, so I decided to place an order to pick it up.
Claims: “A light and rich beauty oil for face, hair and body. Infused Licorice Root Extract gently calms skin, while young Bamboo and Green Tea fragrances offer transport to a Kyoto countryside. Camellia Oil and Squalane nourish skin and seal in moisture, while 24-karat gold flake gives skin a sensual glow.”

I don’t talk about fitness often here on Logical Harmony, but I have been following the Tone It Up plan and workouts for several years now. I started out with just the workouts. I loved that they offered easy to follow and free workouts that I could do without taking the time (or money) to go to a gym. After a while, I decided to buy their vegan nutrition plan. It has been great and there are lots of wonderful recipes in it.
However, I felt that some needed a little improving. One of them being the protein pancakes. These were something that a lot of other Tone It Up members that weren’t vegan were eating all the time, while us vegan Tone It Up members were all frustrated that the recipe included in the Nutrition Plan just wouldn’t seem to ever turn out right. In this post, I share my own recipe for vegan protein pancakes with Perfect Fit Protein.

The Holiday Season is well underway, and as the weather cools down at Logical Harmony HQ we find ourselves next to the fireplace with classic books and delicious hot beverages, reminiscing of seasons past. With every year that passes it seems more and more traditions, as wonderful as they were, are giving way to new holiday activities while others simply transform themselves to better suit the person I am today.
One of my favorite winter traditions has always been watching my mother making fresh hot chocolate, loaded with marshmallows. It is with these memories that I bring to you a new take on the traditional hot chocolate in the form of rich unforgettable flavors sure to start a new tradition in your home as it has in my own.

When I first heard about Ella + Mila nail polish, I was intrigued by their adorable packaging and color selection. Hearing more about Ella + Mila had me even more interested. Ella + Mila is not only cruelty free and vegan, but was created because the founders wanted to create a high-end nail polish line that was also eco-friendly. They release new collections of shades often.
I received a few bottles of Ella + Mila nail polish to try out and wanted to share my thoughts here. In this post, I will be sharing my overall thoughts on each shade that I used.
Claims: “With a passion for color and dedication to healthy beauty, the founders strive to provide fashion-forward lacquer without compromise. Often likened to the staying power of gel, the much-appraised Ella+Mila formula is a luxury innovation that lasts long without harmful chemicals. In addition to being chip-resistant, quick dry and high shine, Ella+Mila nail colors contain no Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin or Camphor, making it a five chemical-free product.”
