I have been using a lot of cruelty-free skincare from Kani Botanicals lately and wanted to share my favorites with you. Not only is everything cruelty-free and all natural, but everything from Kani Botanicals is also all vegan. I know that they just appeared in a haul video after I placed a huge order from them, but I’ve actually been using these products for over a month now and have been dying to share my favorites with you!
Having a good lip balm is essential. I keep them in my vanity, at my desk, in my purse… Everywhere. I reach for my vegan lip balms throughout the day. No matter how simple or how glamorous your makeup look that day, odds are that a lip balm will be used at some point. In this video, I share my favorite cruelty-free and vegan lip balms with you!
I’ve mentioned before that I am a bit of a sucker when it comes to lip balms, but I also love trying tinted lip balms. It’s so nice to have moisture and color in one product that’s easy to toss into my purse (or easy to use on days when I’m just lazy about wearing makeup). I was sent the Glamour Dolls Kitty Kisses Lip Balm in Catwalk to try out and have been using it a lot recently.
Claims: “Protect your pout with our fragrance-free tinted lip balm. This waterproof formulation was specially created to KEEP your lips silky SOFT with a super sheer, barely-there wash of color.”
As a big fan of the Pacifica Quench Tinted Lip Balm, I was so excited when I recently discovered a clear version. The Pacifica Naked Quench Lip Balm promises to moisturize like the original, but without any tint of color. I am a bit of a lip balm fanatic, so I had to pick it up to try out. I used this lip balm on its own, under lipstick, and under liquid lipstick to see how it worked.
Claims: “Our NEW Naked Quench Lip Balm packs tint-free major lip moisture, and nourishing naturals into one perfectly portable, 100% recyclable tube. Essential fatty acids from rich and amazing avocado and coconut oils leave lips luscious and healthy.”
The Tatcha Camellia Lip Balm is definitely the fanciest lip balm that I have ever owned and probably will ever own. It’s a very creamy and smooth balm with a gel-like texture and it comes covered with a 24-karat gold leaf sheet. When it first arrived, I didn’t want to use it because it was so pretty! But now that I have been using the Tatcha Camellia Lip Balm for some time, I wanted to share my thoughts with you.
Claims: “This intensely hydrating lip balm absorbs quickly and smoothly, leaving lips soft and touchable. The 24-karat gold leaf crushes upon application.”
