For any long-time Lush fan, today is a super exciting day. Why? Because Lush Lord of Misrule is back!!!

Lord of Misrule is one of the most popular Lush scents. It’s a perfectly balanced mix of earthy, sweet, and peppery scents that many are fond of. When Lord of Misrule was a seasonal scent for years. Many Lush fans, myself included, would stock up when it was available so that there would be enough to last them until it came back. Until one year, it didn’t come back.

Not to be dramatic, but as with any cult-classic Lush scent, it’s safe to say that there was a lot of upset about this. Hearts were broken. Showers were ruined by a lack of Lord of Misrule. Baths were simply not the same. People hoarded whatever Lord of Misrule they could get their hands on.

I have a coveted travel-sized bottle that technically expired two years ago. I wouldn’t advise for doing this and I know Lush wouldn’t either, but when one of your favorite scents leaves… You gotta do what you gotta do, right? I have been using it here and there ever since in an effort to make it last. Now I can use that entire bottle in one go if I wanted because I have some super exciting news.

Lush Lord of Misrule is back!

It’s going to be back for good, too! Available currently only online, it’s going to be for sale year round.

Yes. You read that correctly. Lord of Misrule is now going to be available YEAR ROUND!

Lush was kind enough to send me a large bottle so I would have plenty to celebrate with. Thank you so much, Lush! I cannot wait to use it. I know a lot of you can’t wait either.

Is Lush Cruelty-Free? Yes! Lush is cruelty-free!

Lush is a Logical Harmony Approved cruelty-free brand. They do not test on animals at any point, use ingredients that have been tested on animals, or hire any 3rd parties to test on animals on their behalf.

Are all Lush  products vegan? No.

Lush is cruelty-free and they have lots and lots of vegan options, but not everything from Lush is vegan. Lush labels what is on website shop pages, product packaging, and on in-store display signs. Thank you Lush for making it so easy to find the vegan options!
