Loving Tan Deluxe Bronzing Mousse Review
If you watched my June Favorites video then you already know that I have been loving the Loving Tan Deluxe Bronzing Mousse self tanner. To tell people more about the product and why I have been loving it recently, I wanted to post a full review. I was first introduced to Loving Tan through readers of Logical Harmony some time ago, and while this vegan brand has been on the cruelty free brands list for a long time, I never tried their products. After seeing the products used by Jaclyn Hill and Rhian from Wife Life, I knew I needed to give them a try!

More details from Loving Tan: “Apply moisturizer liberally to your hands and feet paying particular attention to your ankles and wrists. Pump a small amount of mousse onto your Loving Tan Applicator Mitt. Using circular motions, apply mousse directly to your body, blending as you go to ensure even coverage. Allow 60 seconds before dressing. Avoid perspiration or water for six hours while the tan develops. Finally, shower off to reveal a sexy, natural tan. For best results apply to clean, dry and exfoliated skin.“

Pros: Dries quickly. Tinted formula. Easy to apply. Leave a gorgeous color. Yummy scent. Alcohol free. Paraben free. Cruelty free brand. Vegan formula.
Cons: If you aren’t familiar with mousse formulas for self-tanning, it may be tricky to blend correctly at first.
The Verdict: As I mentioned in my June Favorites video, I am now a total convert. I use the Loving Tan Deluxe Bronzing Mousse in Dark and have absolutely fallen in love with this product. It is so easy to apply. The mousse dries quickly, but not too quickly and there is time to fully rub it into your skin. It has an immediate bronze tint, which is a gorgeous shade. It smells slightly sweet, slightly floral, and not at all like chemicals. After rinsing it off, I have a deep, gorgeous, and natural looking tan for days. I am hooked!
Have you tried the Loving Tan Deluxe Bronzing Mousse before? What are your thoughts?
This product might be vegan and cruelty free, but it is loaded with horrible chemicals!!! I wouldn’t dare put it on my skin because all the chemicals would be absorbed into your body. Organic tanning products are much better for your health.
can u suggest me some of them please?
Hii Tashina! I want to try this out, but I wonder if I should get medium or dark. I have fairly light skin, and want to get a nice tan but don’t want to look freakishly dark either. Which one do you use?
I like Dark, but if you have never used it before I would start with Medium and see how you like it.
Hi Tashina! I am looking for a cruelty free self tanner and came across your video for Beautisol and this article for Loving Tan. I know you said previously that Beautisol was your fav cruelty free and vegan self tanner and I was wondering how you think Loving Tan compares. I haven’t used either and I would love your opinion on which one I should try! 🙂
I personally have switched over to Loving Tan now because Beautisol was out of stock for a long time. The formulas are really similar, but I feel like the color Loving Tan gives me is a bit more natural. I say try both and see which works best with your skin tone. 🙂
Hi! Thank you so much for sharing! I was kicking myself for not doing more research about the product, as far as being vegan and cruelty-free, and I am so glad I found this review so that I know! They should put it in bold all over their website! Glad I am able to fake a good tan and keep our furry creatures happy!
Right? They should really market that point better! Happy to hear you love their products too!
I’m going to have to try this in Medium! I think I’m far to pale for the Dark one to look natural…
