Kaeng Raeng Cleansing Clay Review
Charcoal masks are one of the few masks I had never tried until recently. To be honest, any that I have tried have not lived up to their claims at all. When Kaeng Raeng sent me their Cleansing Clay for review, I was a bit skeptical due to my history with similar face masks. The brand has a great reputation and I was interested to see how their cleansing clay compared to activated charcoal and clay masks I have used in the past.

Pros: Did not dry out my skin. Worked well at drawing out impurities. Left my skin feeling clean, soft, and glowing. Soft floral scent. Easy to use. Reusable and recyclable packaging. Handmade in small batches Gluten free. GMO free. Phthalate free. Paraben free Cruelty free brand. Vegan formula.
Cons: The color takes a bit of getting used to.
The Verdict: I felt that Kaeng Raeng Cleansing Clay completely lived up to it’s claims. While the color of the mask was a bit shocking to see in the mirror – it is very very dark black – I felt that my skin really improved after using this mask. Not only did it feel a lot cleaner, but it looked brighter too. In the couple of days since using the cleansing clay I have noticed that my skin feels softer. I have combination skin and it seems calmer – there are fewer dry patches and fewer problem areas. I had a blemish that was forming before I used the mask and it vanished without a trace after I used the mask. I am officially hooked on Kaeng Raeng Cleansing Clay!
