Each month I like to share empties with you. Empties videos are a quick and easy way for me to share my thoughts on cruelty-free and vegan products with you after I have used them. Hear more about what I think of them and if I would purchase them again or not. This month, I used up some skin care, makeup, and other products.

I don’t talk about fitness often here on Logical Harmony, but I have been following the Tone It Up plan and workouts for several years now. I started out with just the workouts. I loved that they offered easy to follow and free workouts that I could do without taking the time (or money) to go to a gym. After a while, I decided to buy their vegan nutrition plan. It has been great and there are lots of wonderful recipes in it.
However, I felt that some needed a little improving. One of them being the protein pancakes. These were something that a lot of other Tone It Up members that weren’t vegan were eating all the time, while us vegan Tone It Up members were all frustrated that the recipe included in the Nutrition Plan just wouldn’t seem to ever turn out right. In this post, I share my own recipe for vegan protein pancakes with Perfect Fit Protein.

Three years ago, I discovered Tone It Up (TIU). This weekend, I will start my third Bikini Series with Tone It Up! This is a huge milestone for me as fitness has never been something I enjoyed before getting involved with TIU. The workouts are fun, there is a lot of variety, and the sense of community that comes with Tone It Up is amazing! With Logical Harmony, I take the approach that beauty is more than just the makeup you use or the products in your hair. Beauty should be approached as a lifestyle. Taking care of yourself through fitness and eating well should be a part of any great beauty routine.
Because it is the start of a new challenge, I wanted to share my goals with this challenge with everyone here.I also share more about my Tone It Up story – something many readers have requested. After reading Lauren’s post sharing her goals I felt that talking about it here was important. Sharing my goals with my 3rd Bikini Series will help to hold me accountable, but I hope that it will inspire some of you to make some positive changes, too!

I personally believe that beauty is more than the makeup you wear or how you style your hair. Beauty is a lifestyle. The things that you consume and how you treat your body can have a big impact on your appearance, attitude, and health. Treating yourself right in all aspects in incredibly important. While we would all ideally be getting all the nutrients we need from the foods we consume, sometimes we need some extra help.
My regular Vegan Beauty Low-Down column in most recent issue of Vegan Lifestyle Magazine talks about the best supplements that can help your beauty routine. It features items from R.L. Linden & Co, Sibu Beauty, Perfect Fit by Tone It Up, and Aloha.
