    Hi Lovely,

Love you page as a fellow vegan beauty addict, Just wanted to ask where you sourced the updates. I had a PR package from Pixi recently with their new Glow collection. I emailed to clarify their vegan status also and they replied that they are all vegan (The cleanser, moisturiser, serum and gel) however I was told that the Glow Tonic (original/new) is not vegan friendly as it has <0.1% honey derivative in it. (I know this is minuscule however it does technically mean non-vegan right?). I am in the UK and was sent these from Pixi UK, however as far as I am aware they are the same branding and products just imported to us Brits 🙂

Just wanted to add what I have been told and I will ask again just to be sure as well!!

    Much love 🙂 Emma!

Hi Emma! All the information I have about vegan options is directly from the brand itself. That’s concerning that they told you Glow Tonic contains something derived from honey as I’ve asked about that specifically and been told it does not and is vegan. I’ll double check with them as well. I do know that their customer service team does often give inconsistent replies about what is and isn’t vegan. I’ll reach out to my contact and see what they know.

Hi Tashina, did you ever get the update on the Glow Tonic 🙂 x

I did! They are still telling myself and others that it’s vegan. I even asked specifically about anything derived from honey and was told it doesn’t contain anything. This makes me think that it must be a regional difference. I’m going to add a note to this post about it.

Hi, I just discovered Pixi, and was checking out which of their products was vegan. I took a look at Pixi’s own website, and noticed that the Illuminating Tint & Conceal (included in this list) has beeswax listed as one of the ingredients. I’m a little disappointed, as I was just thinking about giving it a try. I haven’t checked the ingredients list of the other products yet, but this one is definitely not vegan. Just thought you should know.

Thanks, Eunice! Brands like this change ingredients often so sometimes things are vegan for a while, then not, and then vegan again. This is why checking ingredients on the packaging is so important.

Are any of pixi’s most recent releases vegan? It’s really hard to find any info about it.

    This is helpful! Thank you!

Do you know much about their use of Talc in their products. I love their concealing concentrate and color correction concentrate but I am concerned about prolonged use of Talc, especially around the eye area and dimethicone too.

Dang! I wish the glow peel pads were vegan! They look so good!

I looked at Pixi today in my drugstore, as I’m almost done my old skincare, and am looking for vegan friendly, cruelty free… The cleanser and glow tonic both had Urea listed in the ingredients..? Is it a chemically made urea?

    • Reply Tashina Combs Thursday - April 6, 2017 at 1:30 pm

Yup! A lot of urea is synthetic.

I remember seeing you use the makeup fixing mist a while ago and thought I’d give it a try. It’s now my go to spray, I love everything about it…feels good, smells incredible. Thank you so much for all you do, Logical Harmony is literally the only site I trust for cruelty free info.

AH I’m SO excited for this – thank you Tashina! Pixi is one of my fave brands and I’d noticed everything they released recently seemed to be all vegan! I’ve just received the new products from the PixiPretties collection and now I can’t wait to try them (and buy lots more!) 🙂 X

    Thank you for this list

I’m so sad. I thought the glow mist was vegan ?

    • Reply Tashina Combs Thursday - May 18, 2017 at 11:13 am

I’m not sure what’s in it that makes it not vegan, but they told me that it’s not.

  • Reply Jennifer Thursday - March 16, 2017 at 5:50 pm

Thank you for this list, Tashina! I’m bookmarking it for future reference. I’m really happy to see that Pixi reformulated their Correction Concentrate to be vegan again. I bought it awhile back and loved it, but then when I went to repurchase I noticed that they had added beeswax to the ingredients. I also really enjoy their Glow Tonic, which I already assumed was vegan from reading the ingredients, but I’m happy to see it on your vegan list as well.
