New ELF Foundation Kits
With the release of their new summer items, ELF is launching three new foundation palettes. Each palette contains four shades of cream foundation, meant to be mixed and match to create your own custom shade.
“This gorgeous foundation palette holds 4 complimentary shades to mix and match for custom-blended color year round. The creamy formula glides on effortless for adjustable natural looking coverage. Enriched with Shea, Vitamin A, C, & E and other nourishing ingredients to help skin feel soft, smooth, and revitalized.”

“Custom blend shades on a foundation brush or fingers to match your skin tone. Smooth onto the face, working from the center outwards for an even, blended finish. Build coverage as desired.”
With four shades in each palette, these foundations come in a wider shade range than their liquid and cream foundations currently do. Hopefully, this means that the brand will soon be expanding the color selection available in other products.
The ingredients of the new ELF Foundation Palette’s are: Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Silica, Polyethylene, Bismuth Oxychloride, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Butryospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Mica, Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vc), Tocopheryl Acetate (Ve), Retinyl Palmitate (Va), Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Macademia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Undaria Pinnatifida Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Chrysanthellum Indicum Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Propylparaben. May Contain: Titanium Dioxide (CI 78891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499).
ELF is a cruelty free brand and all of their cosmetics (though not all of their brushes) are vegan. It is very exciting to see them making sets like this with their foundation.
The cream formula of the ELF Studio Foundation Palettes could be applied with your fingers or a brush. The new ELF Essentials Foundation Brush with synthetic bristles could be perfect for application while the ELF Studio Ulitmate Blending Brush looks like it could work perfectly to blend out these foundation shades.
What do you think of the new ELF Studio Foundation Palette? Is it a product that you will try?

I have the light foundations from e.l.f. and they are fine. No pink undertones.
I’m using their Beautifully Bare foundation/serum and love it. ELF is really bringing out some great new products, while I’ve been an ELF fan for awhile I’m very excited to try the new products. Thank you Tashina!
I think this is a great concept and addition to the elf line. But I worry it won’t work for someone like me with combo skin.
Exciting! Bummer that it looks like they all have pink undertones, though.
I ordered a couple of them, so I’ll let you know!
