BECCA Backlight Targeted Colour Correctors
The newest release to intrigue the beauty community are the BECCA Backlight Targeted Colour Correctors. This set of four color correctors are made to help correct skin issues such as dullness, redness, hyperpigmentation, undereye circles, and deep blue tones. I was immediately intrigued by them and couldn’t wait to order them.
These are meant to be applied after your primer but before concealer or foundation. Each shade contains light-reflecting pigments to help color correct and even out your skin tone. Not only is BECCA a cruelty free brand, but all four of theBECCA Backlight Targeted Colour Correctors are also vegan-friendly!

In this video, I show swatches of each shade, talk about how it can be used, and share my initial thoughts on the formula and pigmentation.
BECCA Backlight Targeted Colour Corrector in Papaya helps to neutralize deep blues and greens.
BECCA suggests using Papaya under eyes or over tattoos.
BECCA Backlight Targeted Colour Corrector in Violet helps to neutralize dullness and brighten your skin.
BECCA suggests using Violet in the center of your face. It would be great to prep for your highlight all over your face as well.
BECCA Backlight Targeted Colour Corrector in Peach helps to neutralize dark spots and hyperpigmentation.
BECCA suggests using Peach on the high points of your face. It would be great to prep for your highlight to really make those areas of your face stand out, especially under your eyes.
BECCA Backlight Targeted Colour Corrector in Pistachio helps to neutralize redness.
BECCA suggests using Pistachio around your nose and mouth. Most of us tend to have a little more redness there. It can also be used to neutralize redness caused by blemishes. Want to see each shade of the BECCA Backlight Targeted Colour Corrector in action? Check out the video below!

Hey Tashina,
Did you ever do a demo of these? I’m shopping around for color correctors and would love to know what you thought of this formula.
I would love to see how well the pistachio works. Thanks!
Will you be doing an actual review on these? I think the red will be too much on my fair skin but now I don’t know if I should get the orange or the normal undereye brightener from them.
I will, Alinta! In the video here I just share my initial thoughts. Once I use them (likely in videos as well) I plan to review each shade. I have both the orange and the undereye brightener and find them to be different. The colour corrector does more to correct the color but doesn’t brighten in the same way. If you can only get one and already have an undereye concealer that you love, I would get the color corrector. But, if not, I would get the under eye brightener.
