Anastasia Beverly Hills Pro Pencil Review
I love multi-use products and the Anastasia Beverly Hills Pro Pencil claims to be a great multi-use product for highlighting around your brows and working as a primer for eyelids. Of course, I had to put this to the test. I love Anastasia Beverly Hills products and was able to get the Pro Pencil in Base 1 for a great deal from Ulta.
Claims: “This full-coverage pencil effectively conceals brow hairs that are growing in; counteracts redness; and helps create a clean, defined arch. The multi-tasking formula can also be used over lids as a shadow primer, or around the lips to perfect color.”

Pros: Works well to highlight. Does some mild concealing. Easy to blend. Several shades available. Cruelty free brand. Vegan formula.
Cons: Does not work well as a primer for all shadow formulas and types.
The Verdict: The Anastasia Beverly Hills Pro Pencil worked really well to help highlight my brow shape. It works as a very light concealer to balance out the skin tones around my brows and really helps when I am shaping them. When using this pencil, I feel like my brows need less Brow Wiz on them because it helps so much to define their shape. I also tried it as an eyelid primer and had mixed results with the outcome. With some shadows, it worked really well. With others it seemed to not have any impact on their application or wear.
If you want to really clean up your brow shape and have well-defined brows, this is a great addition to your makeup kit.

Do you happen to know if their other products are vegan? I can’t find a vegan list for them anywhere. I really want to try out the brow wiz.
They have vegan options, but not everything is vegan. They have told me before that they use only carmine and beeswax, so be sure to check the ingredients. 🙂
