The Naked 3 palette from Urban Decay is one of the most desired eye shadow palettes for 2014. While Urban Decay is a cruelty free brand, their parent company, L’Oreal, is not. Independent beauty brand Silk Naturals has created their own version of the Naked 3 palette. This cruelty free and vegan Naked 3 dupe is the perfect alternative for those who want the shadow shades, but don’t want to purchase the original.
These shadows are also talc free, gluten free, and do not contain any preservatives. The ingredients are: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, Magnesium Myristate, Magnesium Stearate, Boron Nitride, Silica, Iron Oxides, and Tin Oxide. The original Naked 3 ingredients are Talc, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, PTFE (Teflon- polytetrafluoroethylene), Zinc Stearate, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Phenoxyethanol, Sorbic Acid, and Ethylene/Acrylic Acid Copolymer.
While I have not yet picked up the eyeshadows yet, there is a great review and comparison for the two palettes on Phyrra – Silk Naturals VS. Urban Decay Naked 3 Dupes. The palettes are compared with each shade side by side for a comparison.
