During my Meet & Greet at 100% Pure, we did an Instagram Live session showing some of my favorite cruelty-free and vegan skin care and makeup from 100% Pure. Because not everyone was able to join (and to give you a behind the scenes look), we wanted to upload it to the Logical Harmony YouTube channel as well. I talk about some of my favorites, why I love them, how I use them, and show swatches of shades where I can.
When I first tried Epiphany Soapworks, it was when I received the Epiphany Soapworks Cleansing Face Mask to try out. They also sent me two bars of soap as well. I’ve found it a bit hard to find good bar soap. A lot of it contains ingredients that can be irritating to my skin. Because of this, I tend to stick to what I know when it comes to soap and rarely try new brands. I’m glad that I was able to give two bar soaps from Epiphany Soapworks a try. They have eight different kinds. Not only do they have different scents, but they each have their own skin care purpose. They sent me the Exfoliate Bar and the Energize Bar to try out.
Epiphany Soapworks Exfoliate Bar Claims: “Your skin will feel silky smooth after using this bar. Handcrafted with a blend of lemongrass essential oils and fresh poppy seeds, this bar makes for an incredible all-natural exfoliant.“
Epiphany Soapworks Energize Bar Claims: “Spring to life with this tingly blend of peppermint and citrus essential oils, the perfect combination for lifeless mornings.“
Recently I placed a couple of orders from Makeup Geek, so filming a Makeup Geek haul video made sense. I love that Makeup Geek is not only cruelty-free but also offers a lot of vegan options. Lately, they have been introducing a lot of new products and putting a lot of “damaged” pans on sale. It’s definitely been a great time to pick up some new Makeup Geek products. I ordered some of the new vegan lip products, some eyeshadows, and blushes to try out.
Makeup Geek is a cruelty-free favorite in the beauty community. Their eyeshadows are some of the best out there and come in a wide variety of shades and finishes. There are a surprising amount of Makeup Geek vegan products – eyeshadows, blush, contour powders, highlighting powders, and even lipsticks. It’s always great when a cruelty-free brand also has a lot of vegan options.
Because so many Makeup Geek vegan options are available, this list of the Makeup Geek vegan products will hopefully make your cruelty-free shopping a little easier.
Lush is one of my favorite cruelty-free brands out there. Going to a Lush store is such a fun and unique experience, and I love that they have tons of vegan options. I’ve known that Lush had self-preserving products for a while, but I’ll be honest and say that I never fully understood what this meant. I knew that some of them had a different formula than other products, but that’s about it. Thankfully, the Lush team filled me in and I wanted to share this information with you.
There are also lots of Lush self-preserving products that are vegan too and I was happy to find out that I was already using a lot of them. Lush did send me some of the vegan self-preserving products and I’m excited to try out some new ones!
