Is Milk Makeup cruelty-free? Find out now! Logical Harmony helps make cruelty-free easy!

Milk Makeup is a popular and well-known makeup and skincare brand currently well known for their KUSH Collection. You can find their products at Sephora and Cult Beauty. They are a brand that’s had my eye for years. The minimalist aesthetic packaging of Milk Makeup really caught my attention. They seemed to curate their releases instead of having a new release every month. I had also heard nothing but amazing things about their products. Plus, they make a vegan waterproof mascara which is extremely hard to find.

For a long time, Milk Makeup was on the grey area list here on Logical Harmony and I was unable to get a clear animal testing statement from them. I’ve been in talks with them for a few months and wanted to share updates on their cruelty-free stance with you.

Keep reading to find out what’s currently going on with Milk Makeup. Find out what their current stance on animal testing is.

Is Milk Makeup cruelty-free? Yes! Milk Makeup is cruelty-free!

Milk Makeup is cruelty-free – there is no animal testing occurring anywhere on their products. They are not selling in any markets that require animal testing. For those who are concerned, Milk Makeup does not have a parent company.

The process to be a Logical Harmony Approved Cruelty-Free Brand is more than just a few quick questions, and I really appreciate how much time and energy the Milk Makeup team spent on this. It took a few months, and I am SO excited to have them listed here on Logical Harmony!!! Please thank Milk Makeup for going through the process and being Logical Harmony Approved by leaving a comment on their IG or sending them a tweet.

I also want to give a special thank you to my friend JKissa! She really encouraged the brand to get Logical Harmony Approved, and spent a lot of her time and energy talking to them about why it matters. She helped connect me with the right people at the brand to make all of this possible. She’s also done quite a few videos featuring Milk Makeup before, so check those out if you need some inspiration or want to see products in action.

I know that a lot of you emailed, DMed, and commented on their social about it too. This is so incredibly helpful. When you let brands know that you want them to be Logical Harmony Approved, it really increases the chances that they will go through the process. So thank you to everyone who did this with Milk Makeup, and to anyone who does with any brands.

Does Milk Makeup have any vegan products? Yes. Milk Makeup does have vegan products.

Not only is Milk Makeup cruelty-free, but they are also completely vegan as well. This means that none of their products are made with animal ingredients or animal-derived ingredients. This includes carmine, honey, beeswax, lanolin, silk, and all others.

Not sure where to start? It can sometimes be tough to narrow down what to buy when a brand is completely vegan! I asked Milk Makeup and some of their best-sellers are:

  • KUSH Mascara – A high volume mascara formulated with thickening, heart-shaped fibers, conditioning, hemp-derived cannabis seed oil, and pure pigments for an intense black finish.
  • Hydro Grip Primer – A makeup primer with hemp-derived cannabis seed extract to hydrate for blissed-out skin and blue agave extract to grip makeup for all-day hold.
  • Flex Foundation Stick – A buildable, medium coverage, natural finish foundation that covers, calms, and flexes without creasing or caking. Comes in 36 shades.
  • Lip + Cheek Stick – A creamy, multi-use blush and lip color with hydrating mango butter and avocado oil for a natural-looking flush.
  • Cooling Water – An under-eye de-puffing stick with energizing caffeine and soothing seawater for instantly refreshed skin.
