Too Faced Soul Mates Bronzer Duos Review

Too Faced Soul Mates Bronzer Duos

One item that I have been looking at for a long time is the Too Faced Soul Mates Bronzer Duos. Not only do they come in adorable heart-shaped compacts, but the palette contains both a blush and a bronzer that are matched with one another. Multi-purpose products can save time and space, but they also need to be worth having. In this post, I swatch the Soul Mates Bronzer Duos in a video and share a review of both shades.

Claims: “Bronzer and Blush: the power couple of beauty. A duo made in makeup heaven to add warmth, contour and a pop of color for the radiant look of true love. Soul Mates Blushing Bronzer combines a shimmering, sun-kissed bronze and a brightening pop of blush that can be used separately or blended together for a healthy, beautiful glow.”

Too Faced Soul Mates Bronzer in Ross & Rachel

Too Faced Soul Mates Bronzer in Ross & Rachel – Medium to deep bronzer with slight shimmer combined with a classic pink blush.

Ingredients: Talc, Mica, Dimethicone, Zinc Stearate, Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Stearate, Isostearyl Neopentanoate, Polybutene, Isopropyl Isostearate, Tocopherol, Lecithin, Glyceryl Stearate, Glyceryl Oleate, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Citric Acid, Hexylene Glycol, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Tin Oxide, Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Red 7 (CI 15850), Ultramarines (CI 77007).

Pros: Easy to use. The shades are perfectly matched. One palette for warm tones and another for cool tones. Gluten-free. Cruelty free brand. Vegan formula.

Cons: The bronzers aren’t very dark. They are closer in color to Milk Chocolate Soliel instead of the classic Chocolate Soliel bronzer.

The Verdict: Aside from the bronzer being a bit too light for my taste, I really enjoy these palettes. The blushes are both really pretty. The formula of the blushes and bronzer is very smooth and easy to blend. Too Faced is well known for their bronzers for a reason. I do think that the shade of the bronzer makes this versatile as a bronzer for fair skin tones, or a contour for darker skin tones. I don’t necessarily see myself using these every day, but they are amazing for travel or days when I just want an easy and pretty makeup look
