When you are a beauty addict like I am, subscription boxes are a fun way to get introduced to new items. Petit Vour is a monthly subscription box that brings you only cruelty free and vegan items. Each box has four or more items that are either large sample size or full size.

My April Petit Vour box contained:

  • Lily Lolo Pressed Mineral Eyeshadow Quad in Smoky Rose – This limited edition shadow quad is perfect for creating a natural smoky eye look. It’s talc free, but contains jojoba oil to nourish and moisturize your skin. The shades aren’t heavily pigmented, but they apply easily and blend well. I also really like the packaging, which is a high quality mirrored compact.
  • Harvey Prince Yogini Fragrance – This large sample has a lovely earthy scent with notes of sandalwood, amber, incense, myrrh, grapefruit, lily of the valley, star jasmine, rose petals, ylang-ylang, cardamom, and madagascar vanilla. The scent may not be for everyone, but I personally really like it.
  • Kimberly Parry Organics Creamy Cleanser Face Wash – This cleanser is a great mix of ingredients to get your skin clean without drying. It’s also high in sea minerals and vitamins to help nourish your skin.
  • Jane Scrivner Intense Anti-Aging Oil – This is a “night oil” to target fine lines and wrinkles. It also works for pigmentation and scars. This oil is made from cold-pressed Rosa Mosqueta Oil. It feels heavy but absorbs quickly into the skin and does not leave your skin feeling greasy. I was not a big fan of the smell and thought it smelled a bit like walnuts. However, I would rather this natural smell than an artificial one any day.

Overall, I liked this box. Petit Vour always contains items that I am interested in but typically do not buy on my own. I’m really excited to try each item and incorporate them into my beauty routine.
