Out of Africa Peppermint & Tea Tree Shea Butter Foot Cream Review

Many of us grew up using the classic peppermint foot cream but, if you are like me, it’s been hard to find a cruelty free and vegan replacement. Out of Africa is a great cruelty free brand with lots of vegan options. Their products are made with unrefined shea butter, and a portion of profits go to help programs in West Africa. I was sent the Out of Africa Peppermint & Tea Tree Shea Butter Foot Cream to try out recently. As someone who works out often, my feet could definitely use some pampering. I worked this foot cream into my nightly routine to see how it would help improve the skin on my feet.

The Verdict: When I first used the Out of Africa Peppermint & Tea Tree Shea Butter Foot Cream, I immediately noticed how creamy it was. It was really thick, but still felt very smooth and was easy to apply. It didn’t feel at all greasy and it absorbed quickly into my skin. The scent of peppermint and tea tree was really invigorating. I happen to like these scents, so I really enjoyed that part of it. Shortly after applying the foot cream, a cooling sensation started. It was actually really relaxing and soothing. I work out frequently and my feet are often sore, so this was a nice treat for them. After one use, I felt that my feet felt softer and more moisturized. After a week or so, I felt that they visibly looked more hydrated and smooth.
