Hum Nutrition Raw Beauty Green Superfood Powder Review

Hum Nutrition Raw Beauty Green Superfood Powder Review

I had been looking for a good greens powder to add to my smoothies for a while, and when I heard about the Hum Nutrition Raw Beauty Green Superfood Powder I decided to give it a try. The mix of raw organic greens and adapotgenic herbs in the ingredients were really interesting to me. Reading through the ingredient list, I just saw one thing after another that I had heard would be a great supplement. I was both intrigued and put off by the mint chocolate chip flavor, but decided that it was worth trying.

How to use:Mix 1 scoop into 8 oz. of water, milk (we love it with almond milk!), your favorite smoothie or non-citrus juice.

Pros: Very easy to blend with almond or soy milk or into a smoothie. Tastes great, but not artificial. Good mix of greens and adaptogenic herbs in the ingredients. Cruelty-free brand. Vegan formula.

Cons: This isn’t necessarily a con, but I would love if this came in a less particular flavor that could work in any juice or smoothie blend.

The Verdict: The Hum Nutrition Raw Beauty Green Superfood Powder has been a part of my daily routine for over a month now. I haven’t seen huge differences in my body, but I do think that any supplement takes time before you really see a big impact. I find that it does help stabalize my energy and give me a little boost of energy. I do also find that it helps control my cravings. Especially when I feel stressed out and just want to eat something salty or sweet (which is probably where this being mint chocolate comes in handy). I do feel that my skin looks better since I have started drinking this daily as well. I’m going to continue to try it and see how I feel in a few months. Let me know if you would like future updates!

I sometimes have it with plain, unsweetened almond or soy milk or sometimes in a smoothie. A blend of spinach, banana, strawberries, and water goes great with this powder. I can also see avocado being a great addition to a smoothie. Or even blending the Hum Nutrition Raw Beauty powder with frozen banana for nice cream.

  1. I used to use their skin detox supplements… (I forgot the actual name sorry) I really liked them! Unfortunately I started having some financial difficulty so it was something I had to stop buying. Maybe someday I’ll order them again.

  2. I agree with you 100%. I really like this, but I don’t want mint chocolate every time. The flavor IS tasty though. I need to get back to my smoothie routine (among other healthy habits).
