Ellovi Body Butter Review

Ellovi Body Butter Review

Most people I know are lotion fans. Personally, I’ve always preferred body butter. Since going vegan I’ve had a hard time finding one that I like. The formula’s are often too greasy, have too much artificial scent, and just don’t hydrate as well as I expect from a body butter. I want something luxurious and silky in texture, but that also gets the job done.

When I was given the chance to try Ellovi Butter, past experience with vegan body butter made me a bit skeptical at first. After reading about the brand and their stance on ingredients, I wanted to give it a try. What’s different about Ellovi Butter? It only has six ingredients – none of them are artificial and water isn’t one of them. It’s also cruelty free, vegan  and paraben free.

Claims: “Feeds your skin cells with essential nutrients that hydrate thirsty skin making it difficult for lines and wrinkles to develop.”

Ingredients: Macadamia Ternifolia seed oil, Cocos Nucifera (coconut) oil, Cannabis Sativa seed oil (hemp), Organic corn starch and Butyrospermum Parkii (shea).

Pros: A little bit goes a long way. Above is a picture of my jar taken after well over a month of daily use. The product absorbs well and is so moisturizing that you really don’t need a lot. Even on rough areas like knees and elbows. It doesn’t leave your skin feeling greasy. The smell is mild and slightly nutty, not at all overpowering. The packaging is also great! It looks like an expensive item you’d find at a trendy boutique. I didn’t try it on my face, but have read on other blogs that it also works great as a night cream.

Cons: Absolutely none.

The Verdict: Butter by Ellovi is the jackpot when it comes to vegan body butter. No matter what your skin type, Butter is going to work for you. It’s also going to quickly replace all your other lotions, butters and oils as well due to the amazing combination in this chic packaging. I honestly urge all Logical Harmony readers to put your normal lotion aside and give Butter a try.
