Sometimes a nice spa morning or night in is exactly what you need. It’s really important to make sure that you are taking time each day to really take care of yourself. Between my full-time job, working full-time on Logical Harmony, and making sure I get in my daily workouts, it becomes very easy for me to forget that I also need to take some time each day to really pamper myself as well.

I like to start any home spa night by having a calm and peaceful evening. For me, this means a mug of herbal tea, a good book, and some calming essential oils applied to my purse points. Taking at least 15 minutes to read and just be in the moment really helps to get me in a good mindset before getting ready for sleep.

The first thing that I like to do is take a warm shower and use a mix of coconut oil and sugar as a body scrub. This combination is really moisturizing and helps to exfoliate my skin. I also like to use coconut oil as a deep conditioning hair treatment. It really helps to keep the ends of my hair in good condition.

Once out of the shower, blowing out my hair is one of my favorite things to do. It feels so pampering to spend that extra time on my hair.
